Tender step®times offers various kinds of nonwoven, hi-performance shoe liners for safety, protective foot-wear as well as for casual foot-wears as per en345 and en347 norms. Vamp lining, it has replaced commonly used cloths in shoe-uppers and has provided longevity and flexibility to the shoe-upper. Our vamp-lining passes the toughest test of dry as well as wet abrasion resistance as per ISO 4647:2003 further more they are anti–static and are available in white, black and mélange having weight of 75 to 300 gsm in 150 cms width. Insole, it is the interior bottom of the shoe which sits beneath the foot under the foot–bed and is also referred as the sock-liner. Made from virgin pet coupled with special low-melt fiber, our insole are perfect in controlling the shape, moisture and smell of the shoes. We also offer anti-static and anti-bacterial insole and can also customize and offer: die-cut, shaped and ready to use insole for easy and quick use at the production. Inside these are composite material which passes pu migration tests while injecting the sole and keeping it safe and secure. Offered in thickness of 1. 5mm to 3mm in various rigidity to provide the best cushioning effect to the foot. we also provide laminated composites of various kinds as per customers’ specification, to be used for shoe upper manufacturing.
